Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Dear. Nosy (hereinafter the 'App') and the member regarding the use of all services provided by the App.

Article 2 (Conclusion of Use Contract)

The use contract is concluded when a person who wishes to become a member (hereinafter the 'Applicant') agrees to the contents of these terms, applies for membership, and the App approves this application.

Article 3 (Provision of Services)

The App provides the following services to its members.

• Diary writing and storage service
• AI-based diary analysis and interference reply service
• Any other services provided by the App to members through additional development or partnership contracts with other apps

Article 4 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts.

• Registration of false information when applying or changing
• Theft of others' information
• Transmission or posting of information other than the information determined by the App

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The AI's replies provided by the App are for reference only and do not substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice. The App is not responsible for any actions taken based on the user's judgment.
